Ritz Development Application Rejected

Attached is a copy of the Sydney Western City Planning Panel’s determination (dated 20dec22) of the development application in respect of the proposed new aged care facility for The Ritz site in Leura Mall.
As you will see, the attached document outlines the Panel‘s reasons for REJECTING the application and the steps it feels the proponents need to take in order to address these issues.
