Notice of AGM and Call for Nominations

The outgoing committee of the Leura Village Association would like to invite you to the 2019 Annual General Meeting, which will be held at 6pm on Wednesday 4th December at the Alexandra Hotel, Leura.

Nominating for the Committee

Would you like to help shape the LVA's activities in the coming year? Any current member may nominate for a place on the committee, or as an office bearer. Your nomination form should be received by the secretary prior to the start of the AGM; nominations are only accepted from the floor if there were not enough nominations received prior.

Proxy appointments

If you will not be able to attend the AGM, you may appoint any other current member as your proxy. Please note that a member may only hold a maximum of three proxies. Your form must be received by the secretary 24 hours prior to the start of the AGM.
